Creative, Irish, Five-Course Meal from Locally-Sourced Ingredients at The Green Sheep Café: Thurles, Co Tipperary

by | Sep 10, 2018 | Food & Drink, Memorable Experiences, Tipperary, Travel Tips

By day, The Green Sheep Café serves up food featuring local and seasonal ingredients. By night, the venue hosts chef-prepared, five-course meals for groups from two to ten people. These special dinners showcase the region’s delicious ingredients and local food traditions. The events must be booked in advance and can also be paired with a hands-on cooking session that teaches guests how to make traditional brown bread, scones, or clotted cream.

The video below will give you a peek at my evening with hosts Janine and Lucy. Bookings can be made via The Green Sheep or Traveling Spoon.
