The fictional Irish priest Father Ted lives in an old parochial house on Craggy Island off the coast of Ireland. His roommates are nitwit Dougal and drunken Father Jack. The housekeeper Mrs. Doyle tries to keep them all in line with plates of sandwiches and pots of tea. The brilliant sitcom is a cult classic and was filmed in and around County Clare. Ted’s house really exists near Corofin.

Directions: The house used in the series Father Ted is in Glenquin, near Killnaboy & Carron. It is on the Killinaboy to Boston Road. From Corofin take the R476 to Killanboy. Turn right at the ruined church (near a phone and post office). Go past the school. A stream will be on your left. Continue down the little road. The house is on the left.
